I love sport and I spend a lot of time playing or watching it. I go swimming regularly, I work out in the gym twice a week and I also do a martial art called aikido. But I think my favorite sport is football, although I don’t actually play it any more. I was in the football team at school but I had to give it up because I injured my back quite badly. However, I watch it all the time, either on TV or I go to matches. I support my local team and I try to watch them play whenever I can. Of course, it’s much easier to do that when they are playing at home but sometimes I make the effort to travel to an away match too. I usually go to matches with my cousin who is a big fan too. We both get very upset when the team lose, but at the moment they are doing really well – last week they beat a much stronger team when they managed to score three goals in the last ten minutes. It was very exciting – that’s why I love football
