A salesgirl provided a very good service in Citimart located in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. I went there to purchase a present marking the upcoming birthday of my daughter. It was really an exceptional service that I did not expect at all. I felt honoured in this matter and satisfied. This is a very nice candidate task topic for me and I will answer the remaining question gradually

Actually, I was looking for a perfect birthday present for my daughter and I did not have any previous plan. So, I randomly entered the shop and was looking for something special. Then the salesgirl arrived and accompanied me till the last moment inside the shop. She was very helpful and suggested me to get the right thing for my lovely kid. She was cordial and assertive and also inquired about different preferences of my daughter so that I could get the best gift for her

I received the service immediately after entering the shop. Initially, I was looking here and there in the shop and was expecting to get something beautiful and nice for my daughter. But I could not get the right thing. So, I sought help from a salesgirl who was accompanying me silently. Finally, she asked me about the matter that what I had been seeking and I told her in detail. At last, I was able to get the right birthday present for my daughter

I really felt good with the service. In fact, the other superstores in Vietnam do not care so much for the clients and consumers. Even, I have experienced some of the worst events in my life in the other superstores. So, I actually did not accept such a service from this shop. But the amiable service made me happy indeed
