I was the student of the City University located in Hong Kong and I can remember the farewell event of the university which was held marking the closure of the graduation ceremony. This was a beautiful event and each of the students felt honoured on this day. I also took part in the event and can recall the happenings clearly. This cue card questions helping me to remember the day. I will describe my memory regarding this event

The entire university was well decorated marking the event. All the students of my batch were asked to be there in the morning and accordingly we were there. The university authority arranged a grand way to bid us farewell as we have completed the graduation. All of the students received their certificates and a crest with some remarks and wishing our success ahead in life

It was a gala event. The university authority asked the parents of the students to be present at the event. My mother was with me and my father could not be there. He was out of the city. Besides, the university chancellor, vice chancellor, and other administration officials were present there in line with the other invited guests. Some of the former students were also invited to tell us about their success stories. The event was filled with joy and happiness. And ended in a cheerful manner

I can remember the event very well for few reasons. The most important thing was that it was the last day of my university. The authority provided us with the certificates and other acknowledgements for our achievements. It was the day when we formally took leave from the university premise. In the end, we recalled the memories and returned home with a heavy heart. In fact, even today, I miss the university days badly
