A surprise party

Billy, once Fred’s best friend who was not on speaking terms with him, was planning a surprise birthday party for Fred to resume his friendship. Since they lived in the same room, it was hard to keep him in the dark. Billy informed Fred’s friends and asked them not to spill the beans about it
